Long, uninterrupted work.
Continuous time inside a single app or document. The brief names who held the stretch and how long.
An AI chief of staff for your team's productivity. Built for Indian founders running 5–50-person Windows teams. One paragraph per teammate, delivered to email and WhatsApp every morning at 7am IST.

Two minutes, end to end — watch a daily brief come together, in English or Hindi.
No dashboard to log into. The brief lands in the two apps you already check before standup.
Operations · Priya held a 3h 40m focus stretch in the vendor tracker. No context-switching.
Design · Arjun moved between Figma and staging until 18:00, carrying the launch.
Sales · Ravi looks busy but the Mehta CRM record hasn't moved since Friday.

Operations leadPriya spent 3h 40m in the vendor tracker sheet without context-switching out, a focus stretch longer than any day last week. Two short Slack windows around standup.
DesignerArjun moved between Figma and the staging site for 4h 12m. Files on the homepage redesign saw active edits past 18:00 — carrying the launch.
Sales repRavi looks busy but the CRM record on the Mehta account hasn't moved since Friday. Quietly stuck — worth a 5-minute check-in.
"Same brief, in the two apps you already check."
Not a wall of metrics. Four patterns the AI looks for, then writes about — only when they actually show up.
Continuous time inside a single app or document. The brief names who held the stretch and how long.
When someone is hopping between 30+ windows an hour, that pattern says they need help — not more output.
The window is open and frontmost. The document hasn't changed in two hours. A small flag for a small conversation.
Worked late, picked up a teammate's thread, shipped on a deadline. The brief calls it out by name.
The mechanism, end to end. Nothing magic, nothing hidden.
App, window title, focus duration. Runs visibly, named on screen.
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Scoped to your tenant only.
Pattern detection runs over the event stream. One paragraph per teammate.
Screenshots. Off by default in events-only mode. The team sees a mode badge that matches what is actually running.
What we capture: apps, windows, focus time, optional screenshots.
What we don't: file contents, keystrokes, webcam. Ever.
Two views you can open if you want the detail. You do not need to. The brief stands alone.
Dashboard. Team activation and weekly KPI tiles. Open only when you want the detail.
Per-employee day view. Focus time, switches, and the screenshot strip by hour — if screenshots are on.
Reports archive. Every brief, searchable. Filter by signal type to spot patterns across weeks.
Privacy settings. One switch flips events-only mode. Every teammate sees a badge matching what's actually running.
WorkWitness supports visible, silent, and stealth deployment. In visible mode, the agent shows up in Task Manager with its real name. Silent and stealth modes are available when your environment requires lower employee-facing visibility.
The owner/admin controls this setting. We still recommend clear internal disclosure wherever company policy or local law requires it.
If your team handles sensitive client material — legal, medical, finance — flip this once at install. Everyone on your tenant sees the mode badge match what is running.
If something isn't on this page, we don't do it. If we add a capability later, this page changes first.
Captured events are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Storage is scoped per tenant — your data sits in your slice and nothing reaches across.
Our team does not browse tenant content as a matter of policy. Access happens only on a written support request from a workspace owner, scoped to a named incident, logged.
Designed to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Every workspace signs a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that names exactly what we hold, where it lives, and for how long.
We are not yet SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audited. Those reviews are scheduled on the 2026 roadmap. The day either lands, this page changes — and not before.
Your tenant is yours. Workspace owners and admins are the only humans with read access to raw screenshots and event content. Our engineers do not browse it. Our AI processes a masked stream — sensitive strings stripped before they ever reach the language model.
Per-tenant storage with row-level security. No shared schemas, no cross-tenant queries. Your data sits in your slice and nowhere else.
TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 at rest. Per-tenant key derivation. Screenshots, when on, are encrypted before they leave the laptop.
Names, file paths, client identifiers and sensitive strings are masked before the AI step. The model summarises patterns, not your raw content.
Only your workspace owner and admins can read raw events and screenshots. Every workspace signs a Data Processing Agreement that names what we hold and for how long.
The original file name is never seen by the model and never appears in a brief. It only exists, encrypted, in your tenant — visible to your admins.
Short answers. Where the truth is "not yet," we say "not yet."
Not yet. WorkWitness is Windows only today. macOS is on the roadmap. We will say so on this page the day it ships, and not before.
Five minutes per laptop using a signed Windows installer. No drivers, no kernel hooks, no admin pop-ups at runtime. The agent runs as a standard user process and uses under 50 MB of memory.
That depends on the admin-selected mode. WorkWitness can run visible, silent, or stealth depending on the workspace policy. We recommend telling your team what is being monitored, especially where disclosure is required.
You're notified within an hour. The day view shows the agent stopped reporting. Visibility mode does not make WorkWitness an enforcement tool; if someone removes the agent, the right next step is an operational conversation.
Two things help. First, tell the team it exists, what it captures, and why you are using it. Second, share the brief with them weekly. The brief is short and human, not a leaderboard.
